Excellent thoughts from Jess on transcripts. I work with a lot of hearing impaired, and as one they all advise that transcripts that haven't been proofed and just go with whatever AI program created it is worse than no transcript at all.
Yes, it can cost money to do it right, but it's so worth it. I use Poddin.io and it's the best I've used, period - only needs a small amount of clean up, which - for my Scottish accent - is a definite bonus. :)
